Dear Community,

please take a look at our proposal. in short - we would like to improve the UX treasury of the system. we have divided our potential project into several parts - here they are:

1. Treasury system audit: analyzing our current tools, researching the market, and gathering insights.
2. User research: exploring your needs, conducting interviews, and mapping everything in more readable form (like customer journey maps and personas).
3. Review summary: organizing our findings about what should be done, prioritizing issues, and creating a comprehensive research report with general access for the whole community.
4. Design: holding workshops with you, our valued community members, to create and test design improvements for jointly chosen areas.

We would like you to be an integral part of this process. To make sure the project meets our community's needs, we need your help in reviewing the proposal and providing feedback.
