Dear Polkadot community,

We are excited to present a funding proposal for Polkadot Brasil, a community project focused on establishing a solid foundation for Polkadot in Brazil. Our goal is to address long-standing issues of disconnected initiatives and limited reach through strategic initiatives that foster community engagement and adoption.

With your support, we aim to create a vibrant Polkadot community in Brazil by:

Gamified User Onboarding: We will develop a tailored user journey in Portuguese, featuring interactive content and rewarding users with gamification elements, XP, and PFPs NFTs, to encourage their active participation.

Connected Content Creation: We will create engaging content in Portuguese across various platforms, including social media, to raise awareness, educate, and connect with the community.

Integrated Social Media: We will leverage social media platforms, such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to keep the community informed, engaged, and coordinated with regular updates, announcements, and campaigns.

Website Development: Our website will serve as a central hub for Polkadot Brasil's mission, providing information, resources, and coordination of community activities, while contributing to SEO efforts to promote "Polkadot Brasil" and the Polkadot brand.

Social Initiatives: We will actively promote inclusivity and diversity by targeting underrepresented groups, such as women and the Black community, through social impact programs and partnerships with relevant organizations.

Network Validators Decentralization: We will contribute to the decentralization of the Polkadot network by using our already up and running nomination pool "Polkadot Brasil Pool" delegating to LATAM validators, fostering greater participation and representation in the blockchain ecosystem.

We believe that by addressing these key areas, we can establish a strong foundation for Polkadot in Brazil, drive adoption, and make a lasting impact in Polkadot's growth in Brazil. Your feedback will be instrumental in achieving these objectives and advancing the mission of Polkadot Brasil.
