Everything wrong with PolkadotNowIndia

PolkadotNowIndia is being called a great success but there were so many things wrong with this event. Glamour is great, but lets get to the depth of everything that went wrong with this event and why if people or teams like these are allowed to represent Polkadot in India, it will rather damage Polkadot's image rather than building it.

Could you clarify what went wrong? I have only seen positive feedback on the event.
A couple of teams that I spoke to had horrible experience interacting with organizers. They wanted to polish the event to show parity that it was a great job done and in the process did not care much about the reputation of Polkadot or its ecosystem projects. Someone also told me they made a lot of money charging for the booth as well that were setup by the teams.
can you elaborate more? Exactly which part was the problem did the team have when communicating with the organizers? And in which way did the event affect the reputation of Polkadot? If you can show us proof of the organizers embezzling money, that would be helpful. Your accusations are not something to ignore, and I would like to know more if that is the case.
