By seeking and valuing feedback, we can gain valuable insights and improve our offerings to better meet the needs of our community. Transparency fosters trust and credibility, which can help to establish a loyal following and promote further growth and development of the community. The primary objective of the program is to develop academy and training initiatives aimed at fostering the growth and adoption of Polkadot and its ecosystem, while also addressing the challenge of talent scarcity in the tech industry. Drawing on our 10-year experience in enterprise and training, we have found that a three-stage approach comprising of individual training programs, enterprise training, and evangelism is the most effective way to support the industry's knowledge and talent needs. Our past programs have yielded impressive results, with 50% of attendees retaining, tracking the industry and applying their newfound knowledge in both their personal and professional lives. Additionally, 30% of attendees transition into industry professionals, while 10% continue learning and training as trainers, evangelists, or ambassadors. With our expertise, we aim to create a diverse range of training and academy programs that leverage Polkadot's technology and existing ambassador programs. We believe this will be a critical early step in a long journey, and we aim to extend the ecosystem by introducing various event types, learning methods, paths, virtual labs, and more. This is only the beginning, and we envision future enhancements, such as online virtual platforms, mobile applications, NFT-based learning tracking, and awards. Our organization has launched a structured academy program, and we are looking to leverage the Polkadot ecosystem and its partners in a similar fashion. To achieve this, we plan to disseminate an overview presentation of our Nextdream academy program to the community.
