Hi, community！

This is a follow-up proposal from PolkaWorld to seek to cover the next three months (March 2023 to May 2023) of ops and maintenance costs to further promote and support community education for the entail Polkadot ecosystem.

PolkaWorld converted the W3F community grant to an open social contract with Polkadot Treasury in June 2021. Up to now, we have summit 7 Motions, and all works are done in very high quality. And in 2022, we have:

• published a total of 576 articles and received 412,000 views in the WeChat ecosystem in 2022
• hosted 42 online broadcasts on Wechat Channel and 21,551 people joined us
• made 35 education videos, got 28,759 views on Wechat Channel and YouTube channel
• interview with 23 teams in the Polkadot ecosystem, all are posted on our YouTube channel
• hosted 14 online meetups, and 8,348 people joined us online
