The aim of this proposal is to open a bi-directional HRMP channel between Statemint and Pendulum. Pendulum has parachain ID 2094 which is used in HRMP calls for channel opening.

The aim of the channel would be to get native stablecoins from the ecosystem onto Pendulum network.

The batch_all contains:

• A force_transfer of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Pendulum to Statemint.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Statemint to Pendulum.
