This is a follow up proposal to what we submitted before:

#95 The Infrastructure Costs of Subscan for Polkadot Network from Sep 2021 to Dec 2021

This proposal is used to pay the infrastructure costs of the Polkadot network and its testnets. The payment involved in this proposal does not include any software development, human resources, etc.

Previously, every infrastructure cost of Subscan was applied by submitting treasury proposals separately. The application time was asynchronous and the process was complicated, which is easy to cause some confusion to users, and it is inconvenient to clearly obtain the monthly cost. Therefore , this application will count all unpaid infrastructure costs of the polkadot network before June 30, 2022, including:

• GCP: January 1st - June 30th
• Datadog: January 1st - June 30th
• Cloudflare: April 15th - June 30th

In the future, the billing time of all bills will be completely unified, which is more convenient for community management and supervision.

This time, we plan to apply for a total of 50,814 USD in Polkadot and 13,091 USD in Kusama, the amount of DOT/KSM will be converted based on the EMA7 price on the day of the official submission.
