Treasury proposal: AmsterDOT conf

This proposal aims to reimburse the costs associated with the organization of amsterDOT Conf.
amsterDOT Conf was a 4-day event co-organized by 10 Polkadot & Kusama (parachain) teams. The event took place on 4 days (20-23th April 2022) at 3 venues in Amsterdam
With 356 attendees, 32 recorded conference talks, 13 workshops, and countless unforgettable moments spent in each other’s company, we humbly look back at amsterDOT as an organic ecosystem success which established a new bond in our community.

I attended the event (my first DotSama event) and can testify that it was great and met the goals outlined. I learnt about Kintsugi, and bothered enough attendees to help me get a vault up and running. I was just a crowdloaner before, and an active participant with a real hard role afterwards.
AmsterDOT was an amazing conference. It was very professionally executed and was an important event for the community. Conferences are a tremendous amount of work and we should do everything to support the organizers, especially fund them.
