The topic will be Polkadot Decoded in Dodoma. The target people are developers and IT personnel who are either going to be introduced to blockchain development at the first. Since we have had meetups before and it's a capital city with many universities the community is there. . The venue will be a community library we will begin in the evening till night because on weekdays most people are at work or school . They will have lunch/supper and dinner in the venue and drinks as refreshments and since it is the evening we need to keep them alert by entertaining them so since its a watch party we plan to be broken for networking and discussing what is viewed and the whole Polkadot ecosystem and its business value as well as give a room for blockchain developers to showcase their demo and also introduce them to substrate and Polkadot ecosystem. . There will be a photographer to take pictures and video clips to bring more awareness of what Polkadot is doing for Tanzania's Capital city . We will rent a projector and speaker we will stream the videos and we will be recording important clips happening beforehand to plan it well and choose the ones for our audience who are mostly developers and beginner blockchain developers We will have to buy an internet plan which is fast for streaming. Anticipating that it will be stuck..we will record some videos beforehand . There will be Polkadot swags for people who answer quizzes
