Proposal: Parachain Team Meetup for XCM Knowledge Sharing and Polkadot Decoded (Hangzhou) Afterparty

Unique Network, Moonbeam, Acala, Parallel Finance, Phala Network and Bifrost are planning to co-host an in-person parachain team meet-up to further share XCM/XCMP collaborations and to celebrate the closing of Decoded Hangzhou.
The meetup will be held during the Polkadot Decoded Shanghai 2022 and will include talks, sharings and an afterparty. The six teams are drafting and submitting this proposal together.
