As a Polkadot Ambassador from Czechia, I would like to second this proposal. UTXO is going to be so far the biggest crypto currency conference focused on Web 3 space in Czechia and I can't personally wait for it to happen. I will be having two talks about Polkadot and one workshop dedicated to the staking and crowdloans so I believe this is a really big opportunity to promote Polkadot and its ecosystem when it's finally starting to get traction among wider crypto audience.

• I would like to understand how the pricetag of 20k will be use in relation to the overall budget you present there.
• can you include in the proposal the channels link where the talks will also be uploaded after the conference? will this be in english or czech? if czech: do you plan to translate them?
• it would be good to understand in the proposal the subtopics for each talk, what the speaker will talk about and a short bio on each speaker to understand their background.
• for the logo integration: have you got access to polkadot brand assets?
• for social media announcements including in the sponsorship: what kind of announcements? do you have drafts of this and schedule of the announcements? also, what does "swag-bag insert" mean?
• what do you mean with side event promotion? what does that entail?
• in general, i would prefer if polkadot is referred as a 3rd generation blockchain/network protocol that allows arbitrary data (not just tokens) to be transferred across chains: a multi-chain application environment where things like cross-chain registries and cross-chain computation are possible, without missing its shared security element, not as a "cryptocurrency". so I would like to make sure that if my vote goes to your proposal, that the talks reflect this indeed.
