This is the 1st milestone of [Kusama darkpool proposal](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/142)
In this stage, we will built basic functionalities for AssetsHub which will stay in Kusama forever:
- Lock the native token, relay chain token (KSM), and parachain tokens
- User issued token for assets gateway
- Assets withdraw
- Transfer between the pallet and the trading engine
Will first implement the naive TEE-based version


Problem Statement:
- The problem is the lack of basic functionalities for AssetsHub in Kusama, such as locking tokens, issuing user tokens, withdrawing assets, and transferring between pallet and trading engine.

Proposed Solution:
- The proposed solution is to implement the basic functionalities for AssetsHub in Kusama, including locking tokens, issuing user tokens, withdrawing assets, and enabling transfers between the pallet and the trading engine. The initial implementation will be a naive TEE-based version.
