   - a. Support observer mode.  
   - b. Support account recovery settings.  
   - c. Support recovery account agent operation.  

- B. Support offline signature  
    - a. Implement offline signing QR code functions.  
    - b. Support to send signed transactions directly.  
    - c. Hot and cold wallets and is compatible with Polkadot-js web wallet offline signature.  
    - d. Full offline signature function.
