The parachains [v9360 release](https://github.com/paritytech/cumulus/releases/tag/parachains-v9360) contains updates that correspond to the v9360 runtimes of the respective Relay Chain. For Statemint, this contains updates to the Assets pallet that breaks transaction version; wallets should update accordingly. For the Collectives Parachain, this merges the Founder/Fellow roles into one “Fellow” role, removes veto power, and allows Fellows to step down to Ally. See the release notes for more details.
