This motion is a bit of housekeeping and cleans the bounty proposal queue: closing 2 bounty proposals:

- [https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/15](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/15), at request of the proposer, the Polkascan team.
- [https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/16](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/16), as it has no contextual information after more than 100 days of submission.

Please note that bounty proposers will lose their bond to the closing. Please vote at your convenience!

Send a batch of dispatch calls.

May be called from any origin.

- `calls`: The calls to be dispatched from the same origin. The number of call must not
  exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then call are dispatch without checking origin filter. (This includes
bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).

- Complexity: O(C) where C is the number of calls to be batched.

This will return `Ok` in all circumstances. To determine the success of the batch, an
event is deposited. If a call failed and the batch was interrupted, then the
`BatchInterrupted` event is deposited, along with the number of successful calls made
and the error of the failed call. If all were successful, then the `BatchCompleted`
event is deposited.

- Two bounty proposals are being closed.
- The first proposal is being closed at the request of the Polkascan team.
- The second proposal is being closed because it has been more than 100 days without any information.
- The people who proposed the bounties will lose their bond.
- People can vote on this motion whenever they want.
