I’m a blockchain developer with a focus on smart contracts using `ink!` and Substrate. I’ve been learning the Polkadot ecosystem and working on developer tools and contract-based projects.

For this bounty, I propose creating a beginner-friendly example smart contract using `ink!`. I will:

- Write clear inline comments and documentation

- Include a short guide on deploying and interacting with it via the Polkadot UI or CLI

- Share all source code on GitHub under a permissive license
